~ Directed CMHC's innovative housing program including the pilot projects for the Assisted
Home Ownership Program and Assisted Rental Program in Ontario.
~ Established Morguard Trust Company's lending operations in Atlantic Canada with annual
lending of approximately $75 million.
~Set up and directed the operations of a new merchant banking operation in Australia owned
